Responsibility & Governance

  • Our Board of Directors provides overall oversight and ensures CSR principles are integrated into strategy and governance.
  • Managers and supervisors act as role models, embedding CSR considerations into day-to-day decisions and operational planning.
  • All employees are expected to uphold CSR commitments in their daily work and to report any concerns or breaches.
  • Dedicated Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and HR leads monitor CSR performance and support continuous improvement.
